Keys Group are delighted to announce the opening of a new Support Centre for the business in Halesowen, near Birmingham. The move follows the closure of the previous Head Office for the business which was based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The Halesowen office will house the key support functions for the business as well as providing a convenient central meeting point for all staff.

When I first started with the Group in August of last year I spent the majority of my first two months in the business meeting with staff, the young people we support, commissioners of our services and regulators. A common theme from all stakeholders was the perceived distance of the Head Office in Belfast from where our services are based in England and Wales. By relocating the centre of the business to the Midlands we have brought it closer to where we operate enabling us to provide a much better level of support to staff and the young people they so brilliantly care for. I thank the staff in the Belfast office, which is now closed, for their dedicated support over the past years and for their professional approach during the transition of the key support functions from Belfast to Halesowen.
