You’ll be aware we’ve recently been assessed by Investors In People, a process which involved many of you completing surveys, hosting visits to services and spending 1:1 time in discussion with our IIP Practitioners John Walden or Lynn Galletly.
We are pleased to confirm we have achieved Silver status! This is an excellent outcome, not least given this was our first entry to the process. Our report recognises the wonderful work going on across all of our services and sign-posts to some key areas for development which we will be attending to going forward. Positively, most areas for development are ones we are already ‘in progress’ with while some may need time to become part of our culture and practice.
The Silver status is ours for the next three years at which point we’ll undergo another full assessment. In the meantime, John Walden (our IIP Practitioner) will spend a few days with us in early 2023 and early 2024 to see how we are progressing with our areas for development and working towards achieving Gold (or even Platinum!) status in 2025.
