Make a positive contribution to our services and tell us how we can improve.
There are a number of ways you can tell us how we could improve our services.
Take part in our service improvement project and receive an AQA Award:
There are always opportunities to tell us how we can improve our service which may be based on your own experience or ideas that you have. We have developed an AQA award titled “Service User Participation in Service Improvement Project” for which you will receive an award with a certificate. It’s a good thing to add to a CV.
Feedback using an online survey:
We need you to help us be better at what we do, and how we do it!
Your feedback is invaluable and helps us make improvements to how we operate. If you have any comments please share them through our online surveys.
- When you move in we would like to hear about your experience of moving into your new accommodation. We will send you a link to our New Home Survey. Please take 5 minutes to complete this.
- If you want to share some general feedback about the service and the support we are providing to you – please complete our online Service Satisfaction Survey.
- We also want to understand how ready you feel to move on from care. It is important that we understand how prepared you feel for the next stage of your life as an adult. Before you move on from the service we will ask you to complete the Moving-on Survey.
The links to these surveys will be sent to your email or you can request these from your Support Worker or Placement Manager.
Want to make a complaint?
We aim to provide you with the highest standards of service. However, if you feel that this has not been fulfilled and your interests have not been safeguarded – you may want to make a complaint. You can raise any issues or complaints directly to your Support Worker or Placement Manager. However, this may not always be appropriate – depending on the nature of your complaint. You can submit a complaint to our central offices using this email.
You will find more information about making a complaint or raising a concern in your Young Person’s Welcome Guide.
