Our region in Hampshire comprising 5 homes supporting young people with a variety of complex needs have recently completed a full house of ‘Outstanding’ inspections from Ofsted, the highest grade that Ofsted award. This amazing achievement is the result of the dedicated work of the five managers of these homes, their brilliant staff teams and the leadership provided by Michelle, their Regional Manager.
