Following a year of sharing, reflecting, and learning together, these are our colleagues who have recently completed cohort two of our Emerging Leaders Programme with areas covered including Developing a Vision, Strategic Planning, Leading Culture, Appraisal & Talent Mapping, Finance & Budgeting, Leading the Inspection Process and Effective Communication.
Jude Collins (Group HR Director) joined our final day together to hear reflections on the programme over the last year and each person’s goals and objectives for the year ahead and beyond. Jude presented our attendees with a well-deserved certificate of attendance and acknowledged the positive contribution made by all to our wonderful services, the organisation as a whole, and the commendable goals and objectives shared.
Again, the quality of thinking, generosity of sharing, and level of commitment to leading our services to deliver the best quality of care has been a privilege to be part of. As with cohort one, some of our group have progressed to becoming a Service Managers during the programme, some have a plan to become Service Manager in due course, and some remain committed to continuing as outstanding Deputy Managers, all in equally essential roles, engaged in the wonderful work of leading our teams and services in delivering EPIC care to our children and young people. Thank you all.
