Keys Group Annual Report highlights continued progress across Keys Children

Keys Group has published its latest Annual Report, reflecting another year of growth and continued development across the organisation, including Keys Children, which provides education and care for children and young people across the UK.

The report highlights how services have continued to evolve in response to the changing and increasingly complex needs of the children and young people supported. Across Keys Children, this has included continued investment in both education and residential provision, alongside the development of more flexible and alternative approaches to learning and support.

A key area of growth this year has been the continued expansion of alternative provision through Keys Inclusion Pathways. This development brings together a range of education and support options designed for children and young people who are unable to access traditional school settings, helping to create more tailored pathways that support engagement, learning and progression.

Throughout the year, Keys Children has also continued to focus on quality, workforce development and strengthening outcomes for the children and young people in its care and education services. This forms part of a wider Group commitment to maintaining high standards across all services.

Overall, 93% of Keys Group services are currently rated Good or above by regulators, reflecting a continued focus on quality, safety and improvement across the organisation.

As part of the Annual Report, Keys Group CEO David Manson said:

“There is no doubt the systems we work within face real pressure, but every day we see the difference that dedicated people and the right support can make. That belief in improvement continues to drive everything we do.”

The report also highlights ongoing investment in people, digital systems and infrastructure, alongside a continued focus on sustainability and ESG commitments.

As Keys Children looks ahead, the focus remains on continuing to adapt services to meet changing needs, expanding access to alternative education pathways, and ensuring children and young people receive the right support at the right time to help them achieve positive outcomes.
